A reputable, multinational retail, consumer business is currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join their fast pace team.

The role will report in to the Group Senior FP&A Manager, and will be responsible for:

  • Management reporting within FP&A
  • Find efficiencies and make improvements in our reporting
  • Support the Senior FP&A Manager with budget and forecasting processes
  • Partnering with the regional and local FDs, and consolidate global budgets and forecast packs for the CFO to present to the wider group
  • Management of our global reporting system TM1, and working closely with the TM1 developer to drive efficiencies and optimizations to meet business needs.
  • Business partner our Legal team, providing insight and analysis to facilitate timely decision making.
  • Provide budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for respective cost centers and present to CEO, CFO and Leadership team
  • Process month end for cost centers and provide variance analysis
  • Work with the Custodian Team to perform reconciliations between our various finance systems (TM1, Microsoft Dynamics and Hyperion) to align reporting
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly global net revenue outlook and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Additional ad hoc project and analysis to support the wider team and business

This role would be best suited to a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years finance experience. Candidates should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with ability to prioritize effectively. The role would be best suited to someone who is systems savvy, with strong Excel capabilities up to macro level. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
