Start your job searchA cutting edge private equity investment fund is currently seeking a fund accountant/fund controller for a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity. They can sponsor visa for the right candidate.
This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will join a small but highly skilled finance team, where you will have the chance to grow and develop in a very supportive and welcoming environment, working with smart people.
Responsibilities may include:
- Review for fund accounting prepared by third party administrators
- Review of drawdown and distribution notices
- Investment monitoring & reporting
- Review of corporate tax, VAT and involvement in tax structuring for acquisitions and disposals
- Cash flow forecasting
- Year end & quarter end reporting and audits
To be considered for this opportunity you will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA or similar)
- Must have experience of accounting for closed ended funds (private equity, venture capital, debt or real estate)
- Strong academics
- Be available to start within a month's notice
Fixed Term Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus
Duration: 12 months
This role will initially be carried out on a remote basis but there is a plan to return to the office later in the year.
