Keystone role in the business

Excellent relaxed culture filled with ambitious go-getters
My client is a disruptive start-up FinTech payments company looking to bolster their ranks with a sole legal counsel role, reporting straight into the Director. They are a start-up in an incredible phase of growth, currently expanding into the EU with their eyes set on the US next. You would be joining an excellent culture filled with ambitious colleagues who believe in the cause of their exciting product.
The responsibilities would be of a generalist nature, including dealing with all legal matters including commercial & regulatory questions. This would include more strategic work, giving you the opportunity to play a keystone role how to put the company's exciting vision into fruition.
They are looking for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with a general corporate & commercial skillset, with an understanding of regulations. An ideal candidate will have strong payments and e-money experience, with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
If you are interested or would like to find out more, please contact me to discuss further.
