Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a Leeds based organisation which is rapidly expanding and requires a Group Financial Controller.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing financial leadership across the group, guiding the financial agenda
• Supporting the FD to maintain a robust financial control framework and taking ownership of accounting and financial policies
• Be part of the senior leadership team, shaping the development and growth of the business
• Maintaining appropriate financial accounting provisions
• Managing the group treasury function including cash flow forecasting
• Management of and developing the future banking and funding strategy of the business
• Managing the external audit process
• Managing tax for the group, with particular emphasis to R&D on internally developed IT systems and foreign subsidiary transfer pricing
• Driving a continuous improvement environment
• Delivery of a significant amount of project work to drive improvements across finance

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Big 4 trained Financial Controller with extensive statutory accounts experience.
