Role - Group Financial Reporting Manager Location - Manchester Airport Salary - Between £65000 and £75,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing profitable distribution business in their search for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to work out of their offices based just outside Manchester Airport on a hybrid working model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified and the role would suit an individual that comes from an accountancy practice background. A history of working with an international business would be preferable and any exposure to the consolidation of accounts would also be desirable? The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines is absolutely crucial. Key duties for the Group Financial Reporting Manager role will involve the following:

• Lead on the audit process
• Responsibility for the statutory financial reporting and consolidation process
• Oversight of the monthly management accounts process
• Stay updated with accounting standards
• Corporate tax computations and filings
• VAT reporting
• Build strong relationships internally with the wider group
• Manage all aspects of company secretarial duties
• Assist with the integration of new acquisitions
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between £65,000 and £75,000 + benefits
