Marks Sattin are partnering with a leading Bristol-based service sector organisation which is undergoing a period of growth and positive transformation. As it continues on this journey, it is looking to bring in an experienced Head of Financial Reporting - an expert in all things technical, a passionate and positive leader and someone adept at leading teams through change and process improvement. This promises to be an incredibly rewarding role for someone who wants to join an ambitious, growing business.

Snapshot of responsibilities

In brief, key responsibilities will include Group reporting, financial reporting, cash management and treasury, risk and compliance, leadership and development of a large sized team as well as supporting other functions with activity related to acquisitions, deal structures and due diligence.

Candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with strong IFRS expertise and experience of group reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven leadership of large finance teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with property, multi-site or hospitality sectors.
• Strong technical accounting, cash flow, debt and transaction experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency.
