Interim Accountant, Gloucestershire, 6-8 weeks, £85-95K, immediate start
Are you an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in hands-on financial reporting? We're looking for an experienced Interim to support the senior leadership team through a period of transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with detailed variance and analysis
Reconcile group balance sheets monthly, ensuring accuracy and integrity of key accounts
Oversee VAT compliance, returns, and regulatory submissions across the group
Support the CFO with statutory account approvals and year-end audit requirements
Manage and ensure timely delivery of all financial and regulatory reporting

Essential Skills & Experience
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Sage 200 Professional
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a proactive, self-starter mindset
