A PE-backed consumer business is seeking an interim Finance Manager on an immediate basis. The interim Finance Manager will be ensuring the financial health of the organisation by managing accounting operations and improving business processes and control. This is a pivotal role in supporting the long-term growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and own the month end process.
• Implementing a robust and improved process for balance sheet reconciliations.
• Redesigning the process of payroll journals.
• Supporting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and finance improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting duties.

Requirements:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified.
• A background in consumer and retail businesses is highly beneficial.
• Ability to demonstrate experience of multi-site organisations.
• Experience of implementing improved processes and controls is essential.
