A listed mining business is recruiting for an Interim FP&A Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. This is a highly visible commercial role focusing on the delivery of financial planning and analysis activity for a key business unit. The role extends to investor relations and quarterly external reporting to the stock exchange.

As the Interim FP&A Analyst, you will be:

• Responsible for the management reporting and performance analysis of a mining site
• Leading budget planning and forecasting processes delivering analysis around variances
• Working with local finance teams to consolidate results for Board reporting
• Working as part of the wider Group FP&A team to deliver quarterly external reports
• Assisting with investor relation pack production

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA qualified from a top 4 accounting practice, equivalent qualifications will be considered
• Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the mining or wider extraction industry
• Have between 2-5 years post-qualified experience within FP&A
