Interim Head of Finance | Manchester | Up to £460pd | Hybrid Working

Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading international business to recruit an Interim Head of Finance overseeing operations across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute finance leader to shape regional strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive financial excellence across a diverse cluster.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to finance teams across the UK and Europe
  • Oversee financial planning, month-end, and year-end processes across the region
  • Lead the Controlling function, including reporting, investment analysis, and sales operations
  • Drive process standardisation and support the implementation of shared service models
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, IFRS, and local financial regulations

About You

  • Experience in Finance & Controlling within an international environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment

This role offers hybrid working with flexibility on location. Occasional international travel may be required.
