Introductie
Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers, een unieke speler in de energiesector op het gebied van duurzaamheid, komen wij graag in contact met een interim projectleider/projectmanager met kennis van migraties van (klant) systemen. Start in juli, voor 6 maanden ter vervanging van een collega met verlof.
Organisatie
Bij onze zeer dynamische opdrachtgever staat duurzaamheid hoog op de agenda. Er heerst een informele werkomgeving. Een jonge club ambitieuze mensen met een gezamenlijk doel waar een ieder vanuit zijn/haar eigen expertise het verschil maakt.
Functie
Als projectleider/projectmanager ben jij dé schakel om de wensen van de stakeholders te koppelen aan de technische realisatie door de scrumteams. De betrokken afdelingen zijn Finance, IT, en de Scrum teams. Dus je zult veel "kopjes koffie" drinken en stakeholdermanagement is iets wat je op dagelijkse basis zult doen. Anderzijds zorg je voor een optimale stroomlijning van essentiële activiteiten. Dit betreft een hybride rol, waarbij ongeveer 50% vanuit huis gewerkt kan worden. Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren: Stuurgroep besluitvorming voorbereiden & voorzitten Rapportages over/sturing op tijd, kwaliteit, geld, scope Communicatie/buy-in in de organisatie/stakeholder management Oplossen van impediments die behalen van projectdoelstellingen in de weg staan (Evt. bijstellen van Plan van Aanpak, Planning, Budget, e.d.) Coördinatie van die activiteiten die niet direct met het IT team te maken hebben (zoals de migratie naar ETC BV en wat daarbij komt kijken) en de afhankelijkheden van deze activiteiten met migratiemomenten Quality management > Voorafgaand, tijdens en na migratie > Go/No-go besluiten voorbereiden, UAT-tests voorbereiden en coördineren
Functie eisen
HBO+ werk- en denkniveau Aantoonbaar werkervaring met soortgelijke migraties Aantoonbare kennis en kunde op implementatie van o.a. Microsoft Suite. Kennis van projectmanagement, stakeholder management en change trajecten zijn een sterke pré. Ervaring/affiniteit met de energiesector is een sterke pré Verder ben je als persoon: Communicatief vaardig (verbaal + non verbaal); Constructief en pro actief; Organisatie sensitief (stakeholder management) maar tegelijkertijd kun je ook challengen; Conceptueel én inhoudelijk sterk. Een echte regelneef, weten binden en boeien van collega's.
