Leadership & Accountability for IT Director / Head of IT / CTO
- Significant experience as IT Director, CIO, Chief Information Officer, Head of IT, Head of Technology, CTO, Chief Technology Officer (or similar)
- Ideally you will have worked for an SME business with experience of taking a business to the next level, working in collaboration with the board
- Experience of delivering a technology strategy roadmap to support cost effectiveness & process efficiencies
- Strong expertise within the following areas - leadership, strategy & planning, transition management, financial management, operational excellence, business acumen, tactical technology understanding & programme delivery
- Experience of mergers & acquisition & subsequent integration of systems, applications & processes
- Responsible for successful set-up, delivery & establishment of complex, cross-functional transition & change initiatives to drive efficiency through re-engineering of business processes using technology
- Solid experience of Change Management & transition management, encompassing business, process, people, systems & cultural change, with awareness of Technology, Finance, Sales & HR systems
