Your new organisation is a holding group whom have a variety of businesses within their portfolio. In the position you will support the various businesses within the group as they transition from an MSP to an in house IT model.

Your new role will consist of day to day IT support for the users of the various businesses including the management of vendors as required. You will work with the Group Head of IT to install an effective IT service including ticketing system, setting up processes and KPI's as well as automating manual processes. Most crucially however, the successful candidate will be expected to be the friendly face of IT, to respond to tickets in a timely fashion and be present in the various locations across London in order to build confidence in the in house IT function.

In order to succeed, you will have demonstrable experience providing high level on site support across a variety of industries, attained through working for holding groups, for businesses with various entities or through exposure to a number of industries from previous roles. You will have strong experience of setting up effective IT processes, be able to effectively prioritise tasks and to be a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable individual.
