M&A Manager - Investment Banking - Dublin

A rare opportunity within the Irish Market to join an Investment Bank within their M&A team at Manager level focused across Technology and renewable energy sectors both domestically and internationally.

With an extremely healthy pipeline and a growing market share our client is now seeking to add to
their team and business here in Ireland with an experienced Manager who has gained significant M&A experience from inception through to completion with excellent "Deal Creds"!

The role:

  • Assisting on and ultimately leading deals from inception through to completion covering significant angles within a broad range of sectors across both Public and Private markets, albeit mainly within Technology & Renewable Energy.
  • Understand, manipulate, and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions with a strong Financial Modelling appetite and ability.
  • Liaise directly with external clients and work closely with investors appraising every opportunity on its financial and commercial merits.
  • Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).
  • Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.



Experience Required:

  • Sector agnostic experience although exposure to Technology, FinTech, & Renewable Energy would be a plus coupled with at least circa 7 years' experience across Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services and or Investment Banking.
  • Exposure to the following would be key: Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A, Due Diligence and or broad Transaction Services - End to End M&A Deals exposure is key here.
  • Excellent Academics as well are also a pre-requisite with at least a Level 9 Masters Qualification required.
  • Extensive "Deal Experience" required showcasing exposure to end-to-end process through the deal cycle.
  • Strong in personal skills and commercial acumen are also highly desirable.
