A fast-growing, private equity-backed veterinary group are looking for a commercially minded Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth, multi-site environment where your insights will directly influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple sites
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary to operational teams
• Partner with practice managers to drive financial performance and accountability
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired practices into the group
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and finance transformation projects

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with strong progress toward qualification
• Experience in a multi-site, healthcare, or PE-backed business is advantageous
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, NetSuite)
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
