Management Accountant

Our high growth client in the fashion retail industry are looking for a new Management Accountant to join their growing team in London, reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate monthly financial reports and detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and FRS102 standards
• Providing insightful financial analysis to support key strategic decisions
• Managing corporation tax submissions across multiple jurisdictions
• Overseeing VAT compliance (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Sweden)
• Developing and maintaining our transfer pricing strategy and documentation
• Leading cash reporting, FX/hedging policies, and bank relationship management
• Additional ad-hoc duties and requirements will also be needed

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Hands on accounts prep exposure, VAT returns, stakeholder management, balance sheet reconciliations, as well as general accounting standard knowledge will be key for the role. Strong systems experience including excel will also be needed. Industry or practice experience with the retail/fashion/FMCG sector will be highly desirable too!
