With Investment into Internal Projects gaining momentum Post Covid the landscape across Business Transformation is enormous notwithstanding the key drivers in terms of Regulatory landscape, sustainability, Changing Target Operating Models and Digital and Cloud Transformation.

There is now considerable career opportunity for those with 2-4 years Project Management or Projects delivery experience.

The role in brief….

  • Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance through their business operations
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews, workshops and project governance sessions
  • Be involved in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project and execution and close-out
  • Draw on unique internal capabilities in Customer Experience, Digital, Programme Management, Technology and Risk and experience from our global consulting network
  • Work with a global team of experts to develop unique, innovative and game-changing solutions as well as benefitting from best-in-class operations focused training and development

What we are looking for:

Masters Level 9 Qualified or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years Projects experience focusing on large scale transformations across a broad range or sectors. Strong Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management skills and an ability to build these relationships quickly are all key components of the role.
