Our client, a very well known global brand, currently seek a senior Marketing Business Partner to join their Irish organisation to make an impact that matters to clients, colleagues and communities. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high performing marketing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a leading global B2B brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Business Partnering, with responsibility for developing the Marketing & Business Development strategy and execution.

Duties will include:

Marketing Strategy

  • Trusted advisor: Act as an advisor & internal relationship manager; providing strategic direction to the leadership team on their Go To Market strategy.
  • Strategy & planning: Work with key stakeholders to create, lead and deliver a Marketing plan
  • Project management & execution: Develop project plans, set timelines and work with the broader team (events, design, digital and PR) to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Communications: Develop and execute effective and targeted communication plans including writing, proofing and editorial of collateral and thought leadership copy.
  • Brand reputation: develop an 'always on' campaign that raises the perception of the brand within the market.
  • Reporting & measurement: track and report campaigns, using data to inform strategy and set business & client/prospect follow up plans.
  • Research: continuous market research for specific insight on prospect targeting, market & competitor insight.

Sales enablement

  • Account management support: Actively input into the account planning process for strategic accounts.
  • Account based marketing support: Provide focused marketing advice & tools for specific account needs that support nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Value Proposition development: Develop propositions and go-to market strategies for new offerings or assets

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive strategic marketing experience ideally within a professional services/financial service/ banking or FinTech environment (at least 6 years)
  • Degree and/or equivalent qualified
  • Proven track record of working in a complex, matrix or multi-faceted environment
  • Key account engagement planning - experience in creating programmes that strengthen client relationships
  • Project management - ability to effectively manage a large number of marketing and business development activities and deliver in a complex matrix environment
  • Influencing skills - ability to put views across clearly and have confidence to challenge senior people whilst demonstrating the ability to communicate with clarity, brevity and impact
