Our client are a dynamic and growing manufacturing business operating across Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team on a part-time basis.

Role Overview:
The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and ensuring accurate reporting within the manufacturing operations. You will work closely with senior management to provide insights that drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and margins
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance

Requirements:

• Qualified or QBE (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
