PAYROLL TEAM LEADER

Fantastic new role for and experienced Payroller who has at least 1 year leading a team.

On a daily basis, you'll be managing a small team of more junior payroll assistants, and you'll be able to input to their activity and efficiency, and will ensure that they are meeting all their daily KPIs and internal SLAs.

You'll be keen to be the key point of contact for any complex queries, and will be fully aware of all aspects of payroll legislation so that you can assist your team in the timely resolution of problems that may arise. You'll be really hands-on, and will pride yourself on 'thinking outside the box' and being very positive and continuous improvement focussed.

You may well be studying a professional payroll qualification and be keen to progress at a later stage in to a more senior role.
