Pensions Administrator, 3-6 months, Bristol, £35-45K
Interim opportunity for an experienced Pensions Administrator based in central Bristol.
Reporting to the Operations Director, we are looking for experienced SIPP Pensions Administrators to support in an important transitional phase for the business.
You will oversee the reconciliation of client accounts and assist with the transferring of SIPPs away from the business, responsibilities include:
Administer reconciliation of client SIPPs and update on SIPP valuation
Contact and liaise with investment providers, banks and stakeholders
Processing SIPP transfers out and retirement requests
Liaise and collaborate with Pension administrators, SIPP Managers and pension scheme providers
Proactively identify risk
Skills and experience
Able to demonstrate that you have been involved in the reconciliation of client accounts, transferring pensions out, organised to meet tight deadlines, have the ability to multi-task, be empathic and resilient.
Essential
Experienced in SIPP pensions and have the ability to investigate transactions
Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of legislation surrounding pensions
Beneficial
Experience using systems such SIPP Pro or Platinum Pro
Bank reconciliation experience
