Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds based low-carbon energy solutions company to assist in the recruitment of a Project Manager to join their transformation team.

Responsibilities;

• Being a key part of ensuring the transformation plan is delivered and financial benefits realised.
• Working with senior stakeholders to identify changes required to deliver the strategy.
• Identifying options and present clear and thought through business cases.
• Developing robust project plans, identifying risks and issues, mobilising resources and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Regularly providing project status reports and updates to the PMO, Transformation Director and others.
• Understanding the impact changes will have on people in the business and develop robust change and communication plans.

Skills;

• Professional qualifications and expertise in project management, such as PMI / PMP / Prince2 or equivalent experience.
• Proven record of project managing complex transformation and change projects, such as people, process and systems change.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
• Experience in the use of Change Management methodologies, frameworks or tools.
• Able to map processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Able to identify and evaluate options, solve problems and make rational, evidence-based decisions including difficult trade-offs.
• Knowledge and understanding of core business processes and systems.
