The Role: Product Governance Manager

The Client: Global Fund Manager

The Location: London

A boutique Fund Management Company is looking to recruit into their Product Governance lifecycle team.This function is responsible for all Investment Management Delegates, delivering annual fund reviews and value assessments.

The Responsibilities:

Deliver of Product Management process,
Ensure each product is fully managed and monitored from the completion of implementation to the end of its life cycle
Assess governance across a broad fund range - including annual fund reviews and value assessment
Work closely with investors on their product processes

The Requirements:

5 years' experience within the investment management sector within product governance and structure
Knowledge across UCITS, COB, COLL etc
Experience working on regulatory change projects
