Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a well-established business, based in Horsforth, Leeds.
Reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be part of a successful team and assist with the following -

• Working with large volumes of suppler invoices
• Management of the Finance inbox
• Dealing with telephone queries
• Supporting with suppliers and internal queries
• Generating supplier payment runs
• Payment and supplier reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties to support the finance function as a whole

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience working within Accounts Payable or another role within finance
• The ability to work on tight deadlines
• Strong organisational skill and the ability to self-prioritise work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Sage (desirable)

Salary is £30,000

Working hours at 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
