Dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dedicated finance team.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Posting high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
- Verifying the accuracy of supplier invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
- Issuing remittances to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Conducting regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Proven experience in handling high volume invoices.
- AAT qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
