A strategic shift in the international offering has created a vacancy for an Accounts Payable assistant to join this fast growing business in Milton Park. You will be responsible for the US purchase ledger and regular support to the wider finance team with the main duties including:
- Full responsibility for the Purchase ledger of the US entity.
- Processing employees expenses
- Processing of payment runs
- Assist in month and quarter end duties
- Provide wider support for the finance department when required
The ideal candidate will be:
- Actively studying AAT or QBE
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accountancy packages
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven record of establishing relationships at all levels
