About the Role:
We are working with a prestigious real estate client with a global footprint and a strong presence in the UK market. They are seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of business-critical projects spanning HR, Finance, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels-from operational teams to senior leadership-across global regions.
  • Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Support the delivery of systems and process improvements across HR, Finance, and IT functions.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and third-party vendors.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within a global FTSE or large matrix organisation.
  • Strong background in delivering projects across HR, Finance, and IT systems.
  • Experience working with real estate or property sector clients is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and delivering hands-on analysis in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies; Agile and Waterfall experience preferred.
