The details
Partnered with a leading Financial Institution who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes for number of transformation initiatives across the business globally..
This will start as a 12 month contract, 2 days in the office.
Key criteria;
- (Minimum) 7 years hands-on experience in finance transformation initiatives, focusing on system implementation and process improvement through re-engineering - ideally in a large financial institution or large corporate.
- Work with key stakeholders accross the business to analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is preferred.
