Marks Sattin is proud to be working with a leading Oxford based SME operating in the services sector who are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager on a 12-month FTC (hybrid). You will take a key role within the finance function driving business performance liaising closely with multiple finance teams at a consolidated corporate level

Job Description/Role

This Senior Finance Manager role will report into the Head of Corporate Finance ensuring overall financial health of the business. The typical responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Business partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Ensuring period end processes are co-ordinated across the organisation
  • Preparation of management accounts including analysis of trends and performance reporting across entities
  • Development of internal corporate control ensuring ledgers are an accurate reflection of business performance
  • Ensuring budgeting and forecasting are in-line with long term business plan ensuring constraints are understood across the business
  • Analysis of financial information and identification of trends to drive profitability and growth

Profile:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA qualified (preferred)
  • Strong Business Partnering experience

Salary and Benefits:

  • £53k-£56k Annual Salary
  • 20% pension contribution
  • Hybrid working
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
