One of the leading Gaming & Entertainment platforms is looking for a Part-time (2-3 days per week) Senior Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join their team in central London. Boasting a range of well-known Games and fostering a high performing progressive environment this is the ideal role for those eager to leverage their technical accounting skillset. In this newly created role you will play a key part in shaping processes and taking ownership.

Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and co-ordination of the Group's publishing audits
  • Calculation and entry of GAAP adjustment journals and ensuring accordance and compliance with parent company policies
  • Develop relationships with finance across the UK and internationally and support in preparation of month end reporting
  • Review existing processes and identify and implement improvements

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA (equivalent) qualified with 3+ years PQE within a technical accounting role, previous experience within Gaming/Publishing is advantageous but not essential. You will possess a sound knowledge of accounting frameworks (UK GAAP) including exposure to multiple subledgers. The nature of the role will require those eager to apply themselves and use initiative.
