Start your job searchWe are working in partnership with a top tier real estate fund who is looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant/Finance Manager with real estate funds experience. The ideal candidate will be 2-3 years PQE who is looking for a broader, commercially focussed opportunity with a firm that promotes from within.
It is an exciting time to join; their AUM and returns speak for itself, the fund has completed a number of impressive deals, and the continued growth has brought about the need for this hire within the Finance team. The firm has a history of developing individuals within his team by not only providing support but also giving them room to grow.
The FD is looking for a high calibre ACA at the Senior / Fund Accountant level who can take the reigns of managing the relationship with the administrators (with his support) and also play a key part in the commercial and value add work across acquisitions and tax structuring. As you will be in direct contact with the MD, the senior partners in the business as well as investors, strong communication skills are essential as well as a thirst to do this part of the job.
The exposure in this role is far greater than most at this level. It is a long-term move as you'll be learning on a daily basis, in a role that will continue to grow as the business expands. A role like this will open the door to commercial FD positions further down the line.
They are open on the salary to attract the best candidates, ideally from a competitor real estate fund who is perhaps looking for a chunkier role with the room to grow.
Note, the firm is looking to see candidates ASAP.
