Marks Sattin have been engaged by a Legal Firm based in Bristol to recruit a Senior Reporting Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to growth and a great opportunity to add value to the firms established and growing list of clients. Whilst analytically focused, this role will also engage with senior decision makers internally alongside key clients.

The Senior Reporting Analyst role will be paying between £345 and £40k per annum with hybrid working options (2 days in the office minimum), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance and a fantastic working environment!

The Senior Reporting Analyst Role

This role would suit somebody that has a background in large data set manipulation and reporting/visualisation for stakeholders. An opportunity to add value to the client portfolio through effective analysis and representation of figures whilst working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of client reporting in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide Management information to clients
  • Drive process improvement and provide suggestions for improved reporting, timescales and key metrics
  • Collaborate with wider functions including finance, legal, operations
  • Design new reports and manage delivery into a live environment
  • Work with the IT development team to design and implement enhancements
  • Visualise data for non-technical end users

Key Skills and Experience

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (V/HLookups, Index (MATCH), Sumifs)
  • Exposure to PowerBI
  • Previous experience working with large data sets
  • Strong report writing capabilities
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
