The details

Marks Sattin are proud to be working with a global distribution and services group seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their in-house tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move from practice into industry, or for an in-house tax professional seeking broader exposure across corporate tax and transfer pricing in a truly international environment.

You'll report into the EMEA Tax Manager and play a key role in managing tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers variety, technical challenge, and the chance to work closely with both local finance teams and external advisers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing corporate tax provisions for EMEA entities.
  • Coordinating and reviewing corporate tax returns prepared by external advisers.
  • Supporting transfer pricing compliance, including reconciling TP models and preparing intercompany documentation.
  • Obtaining tax residence certificates and managing treaty relief claims.
  • Monitoring legislative developments and assessing potential impacts on the group.
  • Assisting with tax audits and providing ad-hoc advisory support to the business.
  • Building strong working relationships with finance teams across the region.

About You

  • ACA / CTA (or equivalent) qualified, with 3-5 years' experience in tax, either from practice or an in-house environment.
  • Solid grounding in UK corporate tax; exposure to international or transfer pricing matters is advantageous.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects and jurisdictions.

Why Apply?

  • Exposure to a broad mix of corporate and international tax in a complex, multinational setting.
  • Hybrid working and modern offices with free parking.
  • Supportive environment with scope to progress your career in-house.

If you're looking for a move into industry where you'll gain responsibility, visibility, and international exposure, this is an excellent next step.
