A leading media and events company is currently looking for experienced strategy consultants to assist on a short term commercial due diligence project. The business is growing rapidly and has a number of acquisition targets that they are currently assessing. You will be expected to lead and manage project teams of both internal and external strategy consultants conducting in depth market research and competitor analysis to support potential M&A transactions. You must have extensive experience leading commercial due diligence projects. These roles will be based in London initially for 3-4 weeks depending on the length of the projects. Ideally you will come from a management consulting background with a minimum of 5 years consulting experience with a top tier consultancy. To be considered you must be able to start at short notice.
