The Role: Structured Finance Senior Associate
The Client: Fintech
The Location: City of London (hybrid)

One of Europes fastest growing Fintech is going through a scaleup as they enter their Series B fundraising activities. The CFO needs a strong Capital Markets professional who will take full ownership of funding structures, lender relationships and capital markets reporting

The Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage existing structured financing vehicles
  • Support the structuring of new funding initiatives
  • Own the relationship with credit insurance providers and managing agents
  • Build & own financial models to actively optimise the deployment of capital across facilities
  • Ensure lending reporting is fully compliant with covenants and undertakings

The Requirements:

  • 5-8 Years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisation
  • Direct experience working with SPVs and/or warehouse style lending facilities
  • Financial modelling - ability to build a facility model or waterfall model from scratch
  • Deep understanding of structured credit mechanics
