Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

Salary: £25k - £30k (DOE)

Contract: Long term temporary, Full time

An innovative client of ours based in Loughborough, needs an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. The role is required for someone who can commit to a long-term contract and who can be a valued member of the team. As this will be a stand-alone AP role, they need someone who has great experience, confidence and to be knowledgeable within their role.

Main responsibilities include:

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices through 3-way matching and following process and procedure.
• Processing invoices in multiple currencies
• Managing and reviewing all invoice queries in a timely manner
• Managing Accounts Payable email inbox
• Reconciliation
• Setting up new supplies
• Working alongside other member of the finance Team i.e: Finance supervisor, Senior finance administrator.
• Any other ad hoc duties

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced within an Accounts Payable role.
• Experienced working within a small finance team
• Having attention to detail
• Experienced working in a busy, pressured environment
• Working with multiple currencies would be advantageous.
