Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading accountancy firm in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an ambitious AAT finalist/qualified individual into their Transaction Advisory team.

As a Transaction Advisory Services Executive, you will predominantly work on a key account for the TAS team, working closely with, and supporting senior members within the team and assist in the timely delivery of services.

You will gain understanding and experience in the field of financial due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Support Transaction Services projects for a key account on acquisitions both in the UK and in European countries.
  • Demonstrate excellent client relationship skills and an ability to be flexible to client needs in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills and an ability to work on multiple assignments at any given time.
  • Demonstrate an ability to grow into the role with a view to supervising more junior staff, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic business skills
  • Assist with administration and ad hoc projects within the department.
  • Seek and take action on feedback.

Skills and Experience

  • AAT finalist / qualified either Practice or Industry trained
  • Good reconciliation skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel are advantageous
