Transaction Services/Corporate Finance ACA- Private Equity

This reputable Private Equity firm is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director Level ACA from the Transaction Services or Corporate Finance division of a Big 4 practice to join their Deal support team.

The role is focused on deal co-ordination and structuring at closing, which is then followed by portfolio monitoring / management of the Asset managers (for real estate deals) on an ongoing basis. You will have sole responsibility for your deals and work within a flat structure, in a team that comprises generally of big 4 CF/TS backgrounds.

This is an opportunity to leave practice for a commercial and deal orientated in house role, based in the heart of Mayfair, for a more increased salary and a bigger bonus.

The firm is fantastic and although boutique, it is one of the most reputable businesses in its asset class. They are growing rapidly and have recently raised a multi billion dollar fund that you will be playing an active part in investing.

They are looking for someone who wants to utilise their transaction experience and get involved in deals, as well as someone who can handle their own in pressure situations: liaising with asset managers, lawyers and tax professionals will be a mainstay. The role is also autonomous; you will take sole responsibility for all of your deals, which will be a mixture of European Real Estate and Private Equity.

They are open on industry specific experience and any European language skills will always be looked upon fondly.
