Role:
As an intern in London or in one of our Regional offices, you will support your assigned team in providing quality bespoke recruitment services specifically around candidate sourcing and engagement, commercial activities and some administrative duties. You will be responsible for developing new clients through cold calling, placing advertisements and headhunting candidates, interviewing candidates on the phone and face to face, handling offers, taking references and making placements!
Criteria:
To succeed in your year long placement with Marks Sattin you will need to have excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, strong management skills meeting deadlines and targets, proven ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
