Marks Sattin honoured at Recruiter Awards
Accountancy and finance recruiter Marks Sattin has been named the Best Large Recruitment Agency To Work For at the 2011 Recruiter Awards.
Marks Sattin was given the award for providing the most effective work environment, incentives, benefits, training, internal communications and ‘best practice’-orientated management in the industry. As well as providing evidence of financial stability and profitability, Marks Sattin also had to demonstrate the diversity of its workforce and the availability of career development opportunities for all.

Winners were selected from a shortlist of five entries by a judging panel that included the Corporate Finance Director at BDO, the Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte, ABN AMRO’s support services equity analyst, the Head of Graduate Recruitment at Accenture, and the British Army’s Director of Recruiting and Training.
Marks Sattin scooped their award after going through two rounds of judging and proving it added outstanding value to their business partnerships and set new standards of excellence.
The Best Large Recruitment Agency To Work For award was presented to managing director Dave Way at a gala dinner on Wednesday, 11th May at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London.
During the ceremony, Marks Sattin was highly commended in the Best Banking / Financial Recruitment Agency category and received a finalist award for the Best Professional Services Recruitment Agency. In both categories Marks Sattin was honoured in recognition of its outstanding service to clients and candidates, having provided evidence not only of its successful placement record, but also of its exceptional insight into its sector, innovation, and financial stability.
Marks Sattin won the Recruitment Consultant Magazine Industry Award for In-House Training and Staff Development in 2010.
