Matthew Wilcox our consultant managing the role

Marks Sattin is a leading financial recruitment company based across the UK & Ireland and we have been leading by example for 30 years and counting. Due to growth and continued success we are hosting a Recruitment Assessment Centre and are seeking 2018 graduates who wish to pursue a career in recruitment with us.

If you answer yes to any of the below, then pursuing a career in recruitment with Marks Sattin is exactly what you should explore.

Want to pay off your student loan in the first three years?
Considering moving out of your parent’s house upon returning from university?
Do you have a holiday of a lifetime you would like to save up for?
Are you aiming to save for a house deposit? Perhaps driving lessons or other “life goals”?

We provide all relevant training and development for our new hires. You will embark on a tailored training programme lead by our senior management team teaching you how to headhunt, negotiate, approach new clients, business development and plenty more.

Why Recruitment?

1. A progressive career path - three quarters of our management team progressed within the business and we are a firm believer in promoting from within.
2. An uncapped commission scheme that rewards individual billings with no limit on how much money you can make.
3. An adult culture based on flexibility and autonomy with the chance to learn practical business skills.
4. Other benefits including a 4pm finish on a Friday, free bar tab, gym memberships, team lunches, free breakfast and fruit, yoga once a week, quarterly incentives, trips abroad and more.

What happens at a Recruitment Assessment Centre?

Marks Sattin’s assessment day is an informative and collaborative event that will give you the perfect insight into the recruitment industry, along with what it takes to be successful at Marks Sattin.

You will have the opportunity to spend a day with us (along with other graduates) taking part in various workshops that will cover all angles of recruitment:

Role plays
Group experiences/presentations
Psychometric tests
One to one interviews

If you have successfully completed the assessment centre you will be eligible for a full time position upon graduating in the summer of 2018. Further information regarding the itinerary and structure of the day will follow shortly once you have had an initial phone screening and confirmed your attendance.

If you would like to take part in our Graduate Recruitment Assessment Centre please get in touch with our careers team for an initial discussion. You can also chat to us online if you have any questions with our new chat function on our Careers site.
