Marks Sattin is a leading financial recruitment company based across the UK & Ireland and we have been leading by example for 30 years and counting. Due to growth and continued success we are hosting a Recruitment Assessment Centre and are seeking 2018 graduates who wish to pursue a career in recruitment with us.

What happens at a Recruitment Assessment Centre?

Marks Sattin’s assessment day is an informative and collaborative event that will give you the perfect insight into the recruitment industry, along with what it takes to be successful at Marks Sattin.

You will have the opportunity to spend a day with us (along with other graduates) taking part in various workshops that will cover all angles of recruitment:

Role plays
Group experiences/presentations
Psychometric tests 
One to one interviews

If you have successfully completed the assessment centre you will be eligible for a full time position upon graduating in the summer of 2018. Further information regarding the itinerary and structure of the day will follow shortly once you have had an initial phone screening and confirmed your attendance.
