Marks Sattin are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract on behalf of a very well established, leading service provider based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a background in transactional accounts (Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger) who is looking for a little more exposure by working as part of a small finance team and having the opportunity to assist with month end processes.

Duties will include however not be limited to;

• Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices
• Bank reconciliations (including multi-currency transactions)
• Processing weekly expenses
• Credit Control
• Allocating payments
• Manual journal entries and account balancing
• Assisting with cashflow forecasts
• Fixed asset register management
• Dealing with queries
• Reporting where quired

Salary is up to £28,000 depending on your level of experience

Monday to Friday in Leeds City Centre

Working hours can be 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm with an hour early finish every Friday

Please note: this is an office based role
