A newly created Accounts Payable Assistant position, working within an international manufacturing business. The role is part of a small close-knit finance team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the Accounts Payable function.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Creating supplier information and updating the ERP system
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Assisting with management accounts preparation
• Processing multi-currency invoices
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Processing employee expenses
• Petty cash
• Ad-hoc duties as required by management

To be successful with your application, you will be:

• AAT studier/qualified or equivalent/QBE considered as well
• Confident Excel and systems user
• Strong communicator
• Highly detail orientated
