Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Contract: 6 Month Temporary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with us at Marks Sattin, our growing construction client is looking for an experience Accounts Payable clerk to join their finance team on a 6-month temporary contract. A great opportunity for someone immediately available and experienced with the full Accounts Payable process, including Month End duties etc.
Main duties include:
- End to end Payables process.
- Processing invoices, identifying, and ensuring paid in line with policies
- Answering and resolving AP queries
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining AP database
- Bank reconciliation.
- Payment runs.
- Monitoring and managing portfolio of clients.
- Adhoc duties
Ideal candidate experiences:
- Experienced in an AP or similar role.
- Knowledge of VAT returns and requirements
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre function.
- Ability to work to KPI's in a timely manner.
- MS Office experience
- Knowledge of Oracle or a similar finance system
