Accounts Receivable Assistant needed for a 12 month FTC at a luxury retail company in South London.

The role is hybrid - based 3 days from the office and 2 from home.

An immediate start is needed for this role.

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will:

  • Posting Cash in SAP received in relevant bank accounts
  • Allocation of receipts against the relevant invoices using remittances sent
  • Posting debit notes deducted from payments separately
  • Dealing with customer queries and chasing customers on overdue invoices
  • Sending out Account Statements to clients (twice a month)
  • Responsible for overseeing Staff Purchase Receipts, allocating receipts, and investigating staff account
differences
  • Posting ECOM & Allocation
  • Update/change prices or provide invoice prices for Fashion & WFJ for AUS & CAN & IRE
  • Investigate Shortage debit notes, Goods not received debit notes, Price Difference Debit notes,
return debit notes received
  • Requesting POD's and Debit notes when required.
  • Reconciliation of watch repair accounts and code watch repair invoices to wholesaler accounts
  • Insurances - Raise recharges to entities through UK02
  • Recharges for Ambassador Watches, Luxottica Royalties, Prestige Lightbox
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
  • Coding approved debit notes (shared with Cristiano)
  • Reconciling credit notes against debit notes in customer accounts
  • Ensuring Sales Ledger Inbox is up to date


The ideal Accounts Receivable candidate will:

  • Have 1 to 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Have previously used SAP software (desirable)
  • Have retail experience (desirable)
  • Have intermediate Excel skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have strong communication skills

You must have a notice period of 1 week or less to be considered for the role.
