Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, and working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for maintaining existing valuable data assets and creating new assets from raw data to be consumed by end users across operational, commercial, marketing and finance departments. You will be required to work closely with stakeholders, ensuring data assets meet current and future requirements of the business, whilst being able to translate business needs into effective data products. Principally, you will oversee the current analytics function which enables all end users access to accurate, timely, validated, robust and user-friendly reports and dashboards.

Day to day duties

• Build reliable and accurate data products from raw data using new or existing data sources
• Actively engage with stakeholders and wider business to develop new products to drive performance
• Identify new business processes and optimise existing
• Manage data from many individual data sources
• Ensure KPIs are accurately maintained for over 30 revenue streams
• Ownership of the whole analytics function, including relationships with 3rd party providers
• Offer commercial opinions & insights analysis to support

• Confident managing workflow and projects to a deadline Experience & Skills
• At least 3 years commercial experience in a similar role
• SQL skills
• Experience of Power BI
