Overview

This strategic leadership role is central to enhancing organizational performance through data-driven decision-making. The Senior Manager will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure performance frameworks, reporting systems, and insights are aligned with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting: Design and manage internal and external reporting frameworks, including KPIs and regulatory submissions.
• Strategic Insights: Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement performance enhancement opportunities across operations and strategy.
• Analytics Advisory: Provide quantitative support for decision-making and foster a culture of data-led thinking across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: BA/Master's degree; experience in life sciences or healthcare sectors preferred.
