Our Bristol-based service sector client is looking for a high quality Finance Business Partner to support the next exciting stage of their growth. This is a critical role within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation and will see you acting as a trusted advisor to the wider business.

You'll be a qualified accountant with great commercial acumen, some experience of working within relatable multi-site businesses and the communication skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• P&L reporting, variance analysis, commentary and insight to measure performance
• Analysis of operational trends, identifying implications and recommending actions
• Ownership of annual business planning and monthly forecasting
• Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting and other financial processes
• Decision support through the use of data-driven modelling
• Acting as a strategic business partner, providing financial insight

Candidate profile

• A qualified accountant with good understanding of operational finance
• Previous experience of operating in a fast-paced multi-site organisation
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to problem-solving
• Excellent data modelling skills
• Good attention to detail and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
