We are actively seeking an Assistant Management Accountant (Italian Speaking) for a highly reputable company in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

• Day to day financial postings and activities relating to the Italian part of the business.
• Undertaking month end related postings, including accruals and prepayments
• Downloading daily bank statements and posting transactions to the finance system
• Producing customer payment statements and following up with customers who have overdue invoices
• Posting supplier invoices and preparing payment run
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Investigating and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Producing VAT declarations

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) and has:

• Transactional finance experience
• Experience of assisting with management accounts
• Good Excel skills, including v lookups and pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills
