A City based Investment Bank is looking for a BCBS Business Analyst to join their Regulatory Change Team.
The role will be too maintain and enhance Group Liquidity and Capital regulatory reporting processes and controls, pursuant to the requirements of the BCBS 239 directive. They are looking for someone that has core change experience within a Capital or Treasury related background, with strong data skills.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the Group wide BCBS 239 initiative on scoping, data aggregation and reporting requirements.
- Gain full understanding of current Liquidity and Capital regulatory reporting mechanisms and available data sources.
- Review the content and output of Group Liquidity and Capital regulatory reports with the aim to:
- Identify end state data requirements with respect to accuracy, completeness, timeliness and adaptability.
- Communicate requirements to the BCBS239 project team and / or identify steps needed to achieve compliance.
- Consider controls, efficiencies, overlaps and simplification
- Recommend additional processes for automation where possible
- Review and update reporting processes to ensure full BCBS compliance, including procedure notes, internal Service Level Agreements, and the existing controls framework in place.
- Work with stakeholders currently involved in information flow and governance within the Liquidity and Capital regulatory reporting submissions to identify gaps in current processes and implement remediation plans to ensure that sufficient controls are built to ensure end to end compliance with all BCBS 239 principles
